Elodie Katoyi Group's loan finished fundraising,
but these similar borrowers just need a little more help to reach their goals!

A loan helped to buy generic medicines and specialty pharmaceutical products, which will help strengthen her initial capital.

Elodie Katoyi Group's story

Mme Fazila is a Hekima client and the treasurer of the business group Elodi Katoyi. She is married, 38 years old, and has 6 children who all go to school. Her partner drives a motorcycle.

Mme Fazil sells pharmaceutical products, a business she started 15 years ago with start-up funds from her husband. She later join the Hekima program to support her business, which has steadily grown.

She will use this new loan to buy medicine and specialty pharmaceutical products, which will strengthen her initial capital. The challenge her business faces is related to unpaid debts and the difficulties caused by state agents.

She wants to feed her family and would like her children to continue to go to school. She wants to thank Hekima and its partners for the support they bring to non bankable entrepreneurs, especially in the context of the COVID-19 crisis. The photo only shows the group leader to respect the COVID-19 social distancing measures.
