Anita's loan finished fundraising,
but these similar borrowers just need a little more help to reach their goals!

A loan helped to buy farm inputs, such as fertilizers and seeds, to boost her farming, leading to an increase in production.

Anita's story

Anita is a small-scale farmer living in the Chuka area of the Mount Kenya region in Kenya. She is 65 years old, married, and has five children. Despite her old age, she is still active and works hard to earn a living.

Anita has farmed for the past 20 years. Her main source of income comes from the sale of milk, eggs, and potatoes. She loves farming because it gives her a good return. Her biggest challenge is lack of sufficient and good-quality farm inputs.

Anita is seeking a loan to purchase farm inputs, such as fertilizers and seeds. She chose Juhudi Kilimo for this loan because it offers low interest rates on its loans.

During the training sessions offered, Anita learned how to develop a savings culture. This loan will enable her to plant more, increase her harvest, and sell to the local market, which will bring in more income that will help improve her living standards.

Anita will be grateful to receive this loan. Kindly lend to her!
