Villa La Plata Group's story

The Communal Bank “Villa La Plata” is part of the Inti Wasi agency. This group consists of eight members who know one another. The Board of Directors is headed by Sra. Pascuala, who serves as the president.

Sra. Pascuala is 32 years old. She currently lives with her partner and their three children. At the moment, she has a business of selling mixed clothing for children. The loan she is receiving now will be used to increase her capital for buying seasonal children’s clothing. Pascuala will acquire her merchandise from wholesale vendors in the cities of La Paz, Cochabamba, and Santa Cruz. By operating her business, she will be able to generate income to sustain her family financially. Her aspirations are to continue growing business so that she can become a wholesaler and to see her children become professionals. Pascuala asks that the lenders place their trust in her Communal Bank group.
