Zigama Tcb Group's loan finished fundraising,
but these similar borrowers just need a little more help to reach their goals!

A loan helped to buy more beans, Irish potatoes and sweet potatoes.

Zigama Tcb Group's story

Laurence is a 35-year-old mother of three children aged between 4 and 11 years old. Her husband is a construction worker, and for the past six years, she has owned a food stall.

Laurence is the leader of the group called Zigama Tcb which in English means “Save”. Group members sell different items and own a variety of businesses.

Laurence will use her loan to buy more beans, Irish potatoes and sweet potatoes to sell in her community to meet customer demand. With the profits from her sales, she hopes to be able to provide for the family and also provide school fees for her children.

She is thankful for your support.

Due to the global pandemic, Urwego was not able to get a photograph of all the group members, but was able to photograph Laurence as a representative of the group.
