Azucena Group's loan finished fundraising,
but these similar borrowers just need a little more help to reach their goals!

A loan helped to purchase t-shirts, shirts, pants, and bundles of used clothing.

Azucena Group's story

The group called Azucena is in its 7th cycle of the Women's Committee program. They set a goal to be able to grow not only financially, but also as people. They are within the poverty elimination program.

Ramona is one of them; she is married and has three children as well as grandchildren. She works selling new and used clothing. She has a store at the front of her home. Ramona is very charismatic, she has a large customer base and looks for the way to be able to improve her quality of life and that of her loved ones so they never go through needs.

She is requesting the loan to purchase t-shirts, shirts, pants, and bundles of used clothing to be able to continue with her sales as she has been doing.

Note: only one person appears in the photo but this is a group loan. It was not possible to take a group photo to avoid the gathering of people during the Covid 19 pandemic.
