Burul's loan finished fundraising,
but these similar borrowers just need a little more help to reach their goals!

A loan helped to buy dairy cows to expand her herd and increase her sales of organic milk.

Burul's story

Burul says hello from Konchkor. She is grateful to the Kiva sponsors for their financial support that has been shown to them for increasing the size of her herd. She will be grateful if she will be given one more chance and promises to pay it back well. She is asking for one more loan in the amount of 15,000 som (KGS) in order to buy more cows for selling organic milk.

Burul is a 59-year-old hardworking married woman with adult children. She works in agriculture and raises cattle, which is her main source of economic activity. She started this business in 2001 with the goal of increasing her family's income. She intends to develop her business and use the money to get cattle. She has 2.34 hectares of irrigated land on which she grows alfalfa, 4 cows, and 20 sheep.
