Evolution Group's loan finished fundraising,
but these similar borrowers just need a little more help to reach their goals!

A loan helped to buy women's clothing and boost her working capital.

Evolution Group's story

Venant is a client at IMF Hekima and leads the "Evolution" banc villageois. She is 50 years old and is married with four children, all of whom are in school. Her partner is a hotel manager.

Venant sells clothing, having begun this company eight years ago with start-up costs from her husband. She later got involved with the Hekima program to support her business which is gradually evolving. With this latest loan she is going to buy women's clothing, which will boost her working capital. The main challenge she faces in her activity is insufficient capital.

She would like her children to continue with their education and to be able to feed her family. Lastly, she would like to thank Hekima and their partners for the support they give to unbankable business owners during the global Covid-19 crisis. The photo only features the group leader due to Covid social-distancing measures.
