Mujeres Renovadas Group's loan finished fundraising,
but these similar borrowers just need a little more help to reach their goals!

A loan helped to buy a large quantity of fabrics for sewing.

Mujeres Renovadas Group's story

This group was formed when friends and neighbors from the city of Pilar got together. They have set a goal of growing not only financially, but as people. They are also in the poverty elimination program, in which they are fighting for a better quality of life and to overcome their situation of poverty.

One of them is Ramona, who is separated and lives with her daughter and grandchildren. She says that she has a sewing workshop where she makes all types of items of clothing. She is now making doctors' coats and accessories, and she has a lot of demand.

She is a very hardworking person who is fighting to get ahead. She says that despite the daily difficulties, she wants to continue improving so that she can keep helping her loved ones.

She is asking for this loan to buy large quantities of fabrics so that she can continue with her sewing, as she has been doing, and fill the orders that she has.

Note: Only one person appears in the photo, but this is a group loan. A group photo wasn't possible because they were avoiding the gathering of people due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
