A loan helped to buy fabric and pairs of shoes.

02_Sikiloh Group's story

Since its creation in July 2012, this group has been made up of very dynamic, interdependent women. They are primarily active in trade and have very good relationships with each other.

Dienabou in the photo is the group's representative. She is 36, single and mother of a boy. She is active in trade, which she is good at and has a lot of experience in. She goes to the capital to buy her products and resells them in her area. She is a secretary of the "banc villageois" and takes full responsibility for her role.

She plans to buy fabric and pairs of shoes in bulk, which she will resell at retail, with a healthy profit margin. She sells her merchandise on credit to her customers.

She will use the profits gained from her business to reinforce her savings in the "banc villageois" and honor her commitments.
