but these similar borrowers just need a little more help to reach their goals!

A loan helped to buy starch, cheese, eggs, butter, and other products.

Kuña Guapa De Montillo Group's story

22 women who help each other formed this group in order to be able to work together and to get their loved ones ahead. They are included in the program for the elimination of poverty, fighting to be able to improve and to have a better quality of life.

Among them, Limpia deserves mention. She helps to provide for her family by making and selling "chipas", which is a typical food enjoyed year-round. She is a hardworking person who fights for her loved ones. With this, she helps her husband with income, and seeks to get her children ahead for a new future.

She requests this loan to buy supplies to make "chipas", such as starch, cheese, eggs, butter, and other products.

Note: Although there is only one person in the photo, this is a group loan. It was not possible to take a group photo, to avoid gathering people during the Covid-19 pandemic.
