Twisungane Cb Group's loan finished fundraising,
but these similar borrowers just need a little more help to reach their goals!

A loan helped to buy more cooking oil, beans, flour and rice.

Twisungane Cb Group's story

Lucie is a 42-year-old mother of eight children who are aged between 3 and 22 years old. Her husband is a farmer, and for the past 20 years she has owned a grocery store.

She is the leader of the group called Twisungane Cb, which means “Let's work together" in English. Group members sell different items and own a variety of businesses.

She will use her loan to buy more cooking oil, beans, flour and rice to sell within her community, to meet customer demand. With the profits from her sales, she hopes to be able to expand her business.

She is thankful for your support.

Due to the global pandemic, Urwego was not able to get a photograph of all the group members, but was able to photograph one representative.
