A loan helped to buy high-quality agricultural inputs to produce better vegetables and fruits.

Caseylyn's story

Caseylyn is a 39-year-old woman. She is very experienced in agriculture since she has been working with her father and older sister in this activity.

Together with her father, Caseylyn runs a 15-hectare farm where she produces a variety of vegetables and fruits, namely cabbage, tomatoes, potatoes, bananas and litchis. Caseylyn also supports the local farmers by providing them with good agricultural inputs, so that they can produce high-quality crops and sell them to Caseylyn for a good price.

Caseylyn has a good market for her crops, because she invests in quality in order to match the market's high expectations. For this reason, she has a permanent and growing market.

Considering the demand for her crops, Caseylyn needs to continuously produce and deliver good crops. To that end, Caseylyn needs more quality inputs. For this reason, she is requesting her first Kiva loan to buy high-quality agricultural inputs to produce better vegetables and fruits.
