Gulbara's story

Gulbara says hello from Kyzyl-Jar. She is grateful to the Kiva sponsors for the financial support that was shown to her to increase the size of her herd. She will be grateful if she will be given one more chance and promises to pay it back well. She is asking for another loan in the amount of 120,000 som (KGS) to buy more cows to fatten them up and sell organic milk.

Gulbara is a 40-year-old hardworking married woman with three young children. She has been working with agriculture and livestock, which is her main source of economic activity. She began this business in 1993 with the goal of increasing the income of her family. Gulbara intends to epxand her business and set aside more money for getting cattle.
