Mahabat's loan finished fundraising,
but these similar borrowers just need a little more help to reach their goals!

A loan helped to buy dairy cows in order to increase the volume of organic milk she sells.

Mahabat's story

This wonderful woman is Mahabat. She is 52 years old, married, and raising five children. She has a secondary education. She is helpful and charitable by nature. Since 1998, she has also been involved in animal husbandry and growing crops as the main source of income for her family. Thanks to Mahabat’s hard work and the help of her spouse with the farm, her farm currently has 4 cows, 10 sheep, 1 horse, and 1.05 hectares of irrigated land where she grows organic beans.

She has a contract to supply organic milk to a local factory for further processing into dairy products. This allows her to continuously invest in her agricultural business. Upon learning that she could get a loan at Bai Tushum Bank secured by a contract for future supply as part of the value chain, she applied for a loan of 200,000 KGS in order to purchase dairy cows to increase the volume of milk sales. Payments for milk from the factory will directly transfer to Mahabat’s bank account, while payments for the loan will be automatically deducted. The proceeds from the loan will help further develop her farm.
