Gulmira's loan finished fundraising,
but these similar borrowers just need a little more help to reach their goals!

A loan helped to buy dairy cows in order to increase her milk sales to a local factory.

Gulmira's story

Gulmira has successfully repaid her last loan. She is grateful to the Kiva fund and to all who have helped her with the financing. On her farm, Gulmira now has 5 cows, 10 sheep as well as a plot of land of 0.26ha on which she grows potatoes and apples.

She can get a loan from Bai Tushum Bank secured by the contract for future supply within the framework of the "value-add supply chain" product. Gulmira has again applied for a loan of 80,000 KGS to buy dairy cows to increase headcount and milk production.

She plans to invest profits from the loan to further expand her agricultural business and she will use part of the profits to improve her family's living conditions.
