Kuña Katupyry Group's loan finished fundraising,
but these similar borrowers just need a little more help to reach their goals!

A loan helped to buy vegetables, bread, condiments, meat, and other products.

Kuña Katupyry Group's story

This is a group called Kuña Katupyry. They're in their fourth loan cycle with 25 members, all with the goal to get ahead by investing in their jobs and, that way, keep on expanding their businesses. They all fight with the goal of being able to offer better living conditions to their loved ones so they don't experience any hardship.

One of them is Antonia, who's married and the mother of three children. She works making and selling food, such as "chipa" [cheese bread] and a variety of dishes. She's someone who's very good at what she does, which is why now she has steady customers. She starts her job from an early hour every day and then goes out to sell the treats she makes, and she helps support her household and her family with this.

She's requesting this loan to buy ingredients for making her food, such as vegetables, bread, condiments, meat, and other products so she can continue with her work.

Note: Only one person appears in the photo, but this is a group loan. A group photo wasn't possible because of social distancing during the Covid-19 pandemic.
