Kotognotala Group's loan finished fundraising,
but these similar borrowers just need a little more help to reach their goals!

A loan helped to buy sheep for resale in order to cover household expenses.

Kotognotala Group's story

Coumba is 38 years old, married, and the mother of eight (four daughters and four sons). One child currently attends school. Due to Covid social distancing measures she is the only group member pictured, shown here with her flock of sheep.

Coumba has over six years of experience with livestock, which she uses to help cover household expenses, especially regarding her children's expenses.

In order to maximize profit from her sales, Coumba has partnered with RMCR in order to purchase several sheep and their feed, which she will fatten and resell at the local market,

Coumba's dream is to provide for her children and help them succeed in life. The main difficulty her activity faces is the lack of rainfall.
