Mujeres Emprendedoras Group's story

This group is called "Mujeres Emprendedoras" and is in its eleventh [loan] cycle. It includes 19 women and is an excellent group, very solid. All the members are very responsible and predisposed with well-set goals to help to strengthen their families, so that they do not have to go without necessities.

One of them is Primitiva, who is a mother. She says that she is caring for her daughter who has a disability, but she seeks the means to be able to provide everything needed for a dignified life. Primitiva says that she works selling coal. This business so far has helped to generate income for her household. She says that she sees the means to be able to improve herself and to grow, to continue helping her loved ones.

She requests this loan to start a small store, where she will offer all types of products to her clients. She wants to buy beverages, vegetables, fruit, and other products. She appreciates the opportunity she is receiving, which will be a great help.

Note: Although there is only one person in the photo, this is a group loan. It was not possible to take a group photo, to avoid gathering people during the Covid-19 pandemic.
