Abaticumugambi Cb Group's loan finished fundraising,
but these similar borrowers just need a little more help to reach their goals!

A loan helped to buy more women's clothing.

Abaticumugambi Cb Group's story

Anitha is a 48-year-old widowed mother of four children between the ages of 13 and 29 years old. For the past eighteen years, she has been selling clothes. She is the leader of the group Abaticumugambi Cb, which means “people who are faithful” in English. The group members sell different items and own a variety of businesses.

Anitha will use her portion of the loan to buy more women's clothing to sell in her community. With the profit from her sales, she will be able to provide for her family and also increase her savings. She is grateful for the support from the lenders.

Due to the global pandemic, Urwego was not able to photograph all of the group members. However, the photo shows one member who is representing the group.
