A loan helped to purchase dairy cows in order to increase her sales of milk to a local factory.

Mirdana's story

Mirdana is 41 and married with five children. She has a high school education and has been working in animal husbandry and agriculture since 2000 as the primary source of income for her family. Thanks to her hard work she currently has two cows, 80 sheep and five horses as well as 3.45 hectares of land where she grows beans and clover. She also has a contract to provide organic milk to a local factory for further processing into dairy products. This allows her to constantly invest in her agricultural business.

Having found out that she could receive a loan for future repayment from Bai Tushum Bank within the framework of the "chain of added value" products, Mirdana approached them for a loan of 250,000 KGS to buy dairy cows to increase her volume of milk sales. Payments for the milk from the factory will be directly deposited into her bank account, and loan payments automatically debited. Income from the loan will help her further develop her farm.
