but these similar borrowers just need a little more help to reach their goals!

A loan helped to buy sweet potatoes, meat, beans, plantains, cooking oil and Irish potatoes.

Abizerwa Tcb Sub Grp A Group's story

Beatrice is a 39-year-old mother of two children aged between 13 and 18 years old. Her husband is a driver and for the past two years, she has owned a restaurant.

She is the leader of the Abizerwa Tcb Sub Grp A, which means "Trusted People” in English. The group members sell different items and own a variety of businesses.

Beatrice will use her portion of the loan to buy sweet potatoes, meat, beans, plantains, cooking oil and Irish potatoes to sell within her restaurant. With the profit from her sales, she hopes to be able to provide for the family.

She is grateful for the support from the lenders.

Due to the global pandemic, Urwego was not able to photograph all of the group members. However, the photo shows one member who is representing the group.
