Neliz Alodia's loan finished fundraising,
but these similar borrowers just need a little more help to reach their goals!

A loan helped to buy meats, cheese, vegetables, and other inputs to make and sell food, and to buy basic necessities to sell in her store.

Neliz Alodia's story

Neliz lives with her spouse and child. She opened her business because her mother motivated her to have her own source of income. It was also her mother that taught her about food sales and how to manage a convenience store.

It was not easy for Neliz to open her business, given that she did not have sufficient merchandise to offer good service, but bit-by-bit she has improved the business, which she has run for 14 years. Neliz works from 7AM until 5PM.

She is requesting a loan to stock her business. She will use the loan to buy meat, cheese, vegetables, and other ingredients to make and sell food and tortillas. Neliz will also invest in basic goods to sell in the store, including drinks, basic grains, sweets, etc. She hopes these investments will attract new clients and increase her sales. Also, she hopes to continue working in the future with further loans.

Neliz hopes to expand her business and to improve her economic conditions to change her family’s life.
