Duhagurukedukore Tcb Group's loan finished fundraising,
but these similar borrowers just need a little more help to reach their goals!

A loan helped to buy more maize flour, rice, cooking oil, sugar, and salt.

Duhagurukedukore Tcb Group's story

Zura is a 36-year-old mother of three children who are aged between 5 and 18 years old. Her husband is a businessman, and for the past four years, she has owned a grocery store.

Zura is the leader of the group called Duhagurukedukore Tcb, which in English means “Let stand up and work.” Group members, who will share in this loan, sell different items and own a variety of businesses.

Zura will use her portion of the loan to buy more maize flour, rice, cooking oil, sugar, and salt to sell in her community in order to meet customer demand. With the profits from her sales, she hopes to increase her savings and also expand her business.

Zura is thankful for your support.

Due to the global pandemic, Urwego was not able to get a photograph of all the group members, but was able to photograph one representative.
