Salamat, 39, is married and has 4 children. She has a university degree.

Salamat has been selling clothes on the market since 2016 and this has been her main income. In addition the family has 4 cows, a horse and 0.25 hectares of irrigated land on which Salamat grows clover.

Salamat’s turnover is 500,000 som (KGS). Currently her total monthly profit is 30,000 som(KGS).

In order to expand her business, Salamat has applied to Bai Tushum Bank for a loan of 200,000 som (KGS). She will use this loan for the development of her business by increasing the turnover of goods.

She is planning to invest the income generated by this loan in the further development of her business.
