She is 28-year-old Mayelin del Socorro (fourth one from right to left wearing jeans). She is one of the outstanding members of the group "La Esperanza" [The Hope], a community association in Masaya, Nicaragua.

She works in commerce and her partner is a driver. They have two children, the youngest is 7 months old. Mayelin graduated from high school and her goal now is to have her own home.

She is an only child and she looks after her father who has a chronic illness. She requires a loan to buy new clothes for her store, catalogue products, and carpentry inputs to make wardrobes, furniture and beds.
