Dushyigikirane Cb Group's loan finished fundraising,
but these similar borrowers just need a little more help to reach their goals!

A loan helped to buy more goats.

Dushyigikirane Cb Group's story

Antoinette is a 30-year-old mother of two children aged between 10 and 13 years. Her husband is a motorcylist, and, for the past eight years, she has been selling livestock.

She is the leader of the Dushyigikirane CB, which means “Let's support each other” in English. The group members sell different items and own a variety of businesses.

Antoinette will use her portion of the loan to buy more goats to sell at the marketplace in her community. With the profits from her sales, she hopes to be able to buy a piece of land.

She is grateful for the support from the lenders.

Due to the global pandemic, Urwego was not able to photograph all of the group members. However, the photo shows one member who is representing the group.
