Inzira Y'ukuri Sub Grp A Group's loan finished fundraising,
but these similar borrowers just need a little more help to reach their goals!

A loan helped to buy maize and beans with her portion of the loan.

Inzira Y'ukuri Sub Grp A Group's story

Jeanne D Arc is a 35-year-old mother of two children aged between 2 and 5 years. Her husband is a driver, and for the past five years, she has been selling foodstuffs.

She is the leader of the group called Inzira Y'ukuri Sub Grp A, which means “True Way” in English. The group members sell different items and own a variety of businesses.

Jeanne D Arc will use her portion of the loan to buy maize and beans to sell within her community. With the profit from her sales, she will be able to set aside some savings and also provide for the family.

She is grateful for the support from the lenders.

Due to the global pandemic, Urwego was not able to photograph all of the group members. However, the photo shows one member who is representing the group.
