Arzykan's story

Arzykan is 37 years old and married, with a son. She has post-secondary education. In her nature she is hardworking, goal-oriented and entrepreneurial. She is well familiar with the technology involved in leading an agricultural business, and is able to invest funds as intended. She works as a teacher at a local school, and has also been practicing animal husbandry since 2010. Thanks to her hard work and responsible approach to business, she has been able to expand her farm to have 2 cows. She also has 0.28 hectares of irrigated land on which she grows potatoes. With the goal of further developing her farm, she has turned to Bai Tushum bank for a loan in the amount of 100,000 somoni (KGS). This will be used to purchase dairy cows in order to increase her sales of organic milk, as well as her income from breeding cattle. She plans to invest the profits from the loan into the future development of her farm.
