Velonika's loan finished fundraising,
but these similar borrowers just need a little more help to reach their goals!

A loan helped to buy mulberry for her tapa making business.

Velonika's story

Velonika is a 61-year-old mother, grandmother, and wife of a farmer. She and her husband live at their own home, with one of their sons.

Velonika practices tapa making. She is a member in a group of women who perform tapa making once in every week. Together they make tapas and sell them to earn income for their families.

Her business earnings also help with her husband's farming business, and it makes Velonika happy that her work is in progress and can help out. Her business alone repays her loan on time without fail. She sell her tapas to her relatives overseas, and she receives good money from it.

Her husband helped with Velonika's business by planting her own mulberry plantation so she wouldn't spend more money on buying mulberry from the market. But the plantation is not yet ready for use, that is why Velonika applied for a loan to purchase her own mulberry for her business to continue running.
