Gulmira's loan finished fundraising,
but these similar borrowers just need a little more help to reach their goals!

A loan helped to purchase livestock to increase the size of her herd.

Gulmira's story

Gulmira successfully repaid her previous loan, and used the proceeds purposefully. She is grateful to the Kiva Fund and everyone who helped her with her financing. Today, her farm consists of 6 cows and 6 sheep, and she grows sainfoin and apricot seedlings on 0.72 hectares of land. She sells these, and on a daily basis, she also sells organic milk. Her monthly income is around 30,000 KGS.

Gulmira again turns to Bai Tushum Bank for a loan in the amount of 200,000 KGS to increase her headcount of cattle. She plans on investing her income to continue expanding her business.
