but these similar borrowers just need a little more help to reach their goals!

A loan helped to use her portion to buy rice and beans.

Twitezimbere Cb Group's story

Peace Colette is a 45-year-old mother of six children aged between 10 and 21 years old. Her husband is a businessman and for the past eight years she has owned a grocery store.

She is the leader of the TWITEZIMBERE CB, which means “Let us develop” in English. The group members sell different items and own a variety of businesses.

Peace Colette will use her portion of the loan to buy rice and beans to sell in her community. With the profit from her sales, she will be able to provide for her family.

She is grateful for the support from the lenders.

"Due to the global pandemic, Urwego was not able to photograph all of the group members. However, the photo shows one member who is representing the group".
