Amasimbi Cb A Group's loan finished fundraising,
but these similar borrowers just need a little more help to reach their goals!

A loan helped to stock her business by buying cooking oil, salt, plantains, and beans.

Amasimbi Cb A Group's story

Violette is a 42-year-old mother of 4 children aged between 6 and 20 years. Her husband is a businessman, and for the past 15 years, she has owned a restaurant. She is the leader of the Amasimbi CB A Group, which means “goodness” in English. The group members sell different items and own a variety of businesses.

Violette will use her portion of the loan to stock her business by buying cooking oil, salt, plantains, and beans to sell in her community. With the profit from her sales, she will be able to provide school fees for her children.

Violette is grateful for the support from lenders.

Due to the global pandemic, Urwego Bank was not able to photograph all of the group members. However, the photo shows one member who is representing the group.
