Sanata Sandrine's story

Sanata Sandrine is a street vendor of pagnes and quality clothing in the neighborhoods and markets of the capital and she has experience in this sector. She is the mother of 5 children, 3 of whom go to school.

She has been doing this work for more than 12 years. She is in her seventh loan cycle with the microfinance institution YIKRI and she paid back her first Kiva loan.

She has requested a loan to buy 20 pagnes and quality items of clothing to increase her sales and her profit. She intends to use the profits to reinvest in her work and to save to ensure her children's education.

She urges everyone to protect themselves against the COVID-19 virus.
