Aidana's loan finished fundraising,
but these similar borrowers just need a little more help to reach their goals!

A loan helped to buy dairy cows in order to increase her sales of organic milk to a local factory.

Aidana's story

Aidana is 24 years old, married, and has a daughter. She has a higher education. Since 2016, she has been involved in animal husbandry and growing crops as the primary source of income for her family. Thanks to her hard work, her farm currently has 2 cows, 10 sheep, and a land allotment of 2.35 hectares where she grows beans.

She has a contract to supply organic milk to a local factory for further processing into dairy products. This allows her to continuously invest in her agricultural business. Upon learning that she could get a loan at Bai-Tushum Bank secured by a contract for future supply as part of the value chain, she applied for a loan of 170,000 KGS in order to purchase dairy cows to increase the volume of milk sales. Payments for milk from the factory will directly transfer to Aidana’s bank account, while payments for the loan will be automatically deducted. The proceeds from the loan will help Kanykei further develop her farm.
