Nkunzurwanda Cb Group's loan finished fundraising,
but these similar borrowers just need a little more help to reach their goals!

A loan helped to increase her stock by buying more sugar, soap, rice and cooking oil.

Nkunzurwanda Cb Group's story

Rose is a 67-year-old widowed mother of nine children aged between 18 and 45 years old. For the past nine years, she has owned a grocery store.

Rose is the leader of the group named NKUNZURWANDA CB, which in English means “l love Rwanda.” Group members, who will share in this loan, sell different items and own a variety of businesses within and outside their community.

Rose will use her loan to increase her stock by buying more sugar, soap, rice and cooking oil so that she can sell within her community. She hopes the profits from her sales will allow her to buy a motorcycle to help in transportation of her products to different clients.

She is thankful for your support.

Due to the global pandemic, Urwego was not able to get a photograph of all the group members but was able to photograph one representative.
