Maria's loan finished fundraising,
but these similar borrowers just need a little more help to reach their goals!

A loan helped to buy additional supply goods such as biscuits, noodles, sugar, coffee, and many other things to resell at her store.

Maria's story

Maria is a modest and enterprising woman who is 36 years old and married. She has a very good understanding of and experience with running a general store.

She has one of her own, which has been in operation for many years, and her store is located in an excellent spot that is easy to find, and many people always come to buy her goods every day.

Running her business has made Maria become more independent because she can be responsible for herself and also help support her family's everyday needs with her income.

She would like a loan of $1,500 through Kiva field partner KIF, to help improve her store. She plans to use this loan to buy additional supply goods such as biscuits, noodles, sugar, coffee, and many other things to resell at her store.

Maria hopes to expand the size of her business in the future as the result of her investment, and she wants to thank lenders for the opportunity.
