Jovita's loan finished fundraising,
but these similar borrowers just need a little more help to reach their goals!
A loan helped to buy flour, sugar, and other ingredients.
Ms. Jovita lives in a rented home with her six school-aged children and her husband. She has worked for quite a few years making pastries. She started when she was small and her mother taught her how to make rice bread and other foods. This is how she provides for her family. Now she has customers and orders, and that is why she is taking out this loan, which is her first. Emprender told her that with a loan through Kiva, she will be able to buy her ingredients like flour, yeast, sugar, and other things that she needs to make her products. She is grateful to the organization for the opportunity offered to her.
