Hamisi's loan finished fundraising,
but these similar borrowers just need a little more help to reach their goals!

A loan helped to pay for small renovations to her shop and to buy more children's items, ‎gift items, head coverings, and scarves.‎.

Hamisi's story

Hamisi has a children's clothing and women's gift and scarf store in her town. ‎Hamisi is well educated with a Bachelor's degree in education and human ‎resources. When she did not find work with a decent salary, she began selling ‎children's clothing. After gaining business management skills, she opened her ‎shop and added gift items and scarves and head coverings for women. During ‎COVID-19, when stores could not be opened, she moved her sales online and ‎through social media, delivering purchases to customers. Now Hamisi's store ‎has reopened and she is recovering from the income loss during the pandemic.‎

Hamisi needed this loan to pay for small renovations and new stock of children's items, ‎gift items, head coverings, and scarves.‎

Hamisi wants to keep her business running during challenging times as well as ‎times of celebrations and see her store expand in the future.‎
