Dufatanye Cb Sub Grp A Group's loan finished fundraising,
but these similar borrowers just need a little more help to reach their goals!

A loan helped to use her portion to buy threads, shirts and African fabrics.

Dufatanye Cb Sub Grp A Group's story

Jeannette, shown above, is a 34-year-old mother of two children, aged 7 and 11. Her husband is a driver, and for the past thirteen years, she has been a tailor.

Jeannette is the leader of the group named DUFATANYE CB SUB GRP A, which means “Let us come together" in English. The group members, who will share in this loan, sell different items and own a variety of businesses.

Jeannette will use her portion of the loan to buy threads, shirts, and African fabrics to use in tailoring and sell in her community so that she can meet her customers' demands. With the profit she earns from her sales, she will be able to provide for her family and also furnish her house.

Jeannette is grateful for the support of the lenders.

"Due to the global pandemic, Urwego was not able to photograph all of the group members. However, the photo shows one member who is representing the group."
