Dieu Merci Group's loan finished fundraising,
but these similar borrowers just need a little more help to reach their goals!

A loan helped to buy Bralima and Brasimba [types of beer] and sweet beverages, which will strengthen her initial capital.

Dieu Merci Group's story

Madame Pulcherie is a client of Hekima IMF and chairs the DIEU MERCI village group. She is 65 years old, a widow, and the mother of 6 children, who are all in school.

Madame Pulcherie sells beverages. She began her business 9 years ago with start-up funds she received from her late husband. Later she joined the Hekima program to support her business, which has grown gradually since then. With this new loan she will purchase Bralima, Brasimba, and sweetened beverages, which will strengthen her working capital. The challenge to her business is a lack of product.

Madame Pulcherie would like her children to continue their education and to renovate her house. Finally, she would like to thank Hekima and its partners for the support they have shown to owners of businesses that have no monetary value during this global Covid-19 crisis. The photo shows only the leader of the group on account of the social distancing measures implemented due to Covid-19.
