Nancy Rocio's loan finished fundraising,
but these similar borrowers just need a little more help to reach their goals!

A loan helped to invest in fabrics, needles and elastic, among other materials she needs for her sewing business.

Nancy Rocio's story

Nancy is 47 years old. She is in a common law marriage. She has four grown children, and an 11-year-old child. Her husband is a carpenter. They live in Manta, a place known for its beautiful beaches that bathe the coast of this lovely area.

Nancy is a very hardworking woman who does what she can to make a living in order to cover the household expenses. Despite the difficult situation caused by the pandemic she continues in her sewing shop which she started 20 years ago. She works making all kinds of clothing items.

Upon seeing that her business would not stay afloat because of the quarantine, she decided to expand it by making masks and biosecurity suits. This allowed her to make the necessary income to move forward.

Nancy will invest this loan in fabrics, needles and elastic, among other materials she needs for her business. Her dreams are that her family remain in good health, and that they lack nothing.
