Tuzamurane Cb Sub Grp A Group's story

Devotha is a 59-year-old widowed mother of five children aged between 22 and 30 years. For the past 23 years, she has been selling African traditional fabrics.

She is the leader of the Tuzamurane Cb Sub Grp A, which means “Let's develop each other” in English. Group members sell different items and own a variety of businesses.

Devotha will use her loan to buy more African traditional fabrics to sell within her community to meet customer demand. With the profits from her sales, she will put away some savings and be able to expand her business. Devotha is thankful for your support.

Due to the global pandemic, Urwego was not able to photograph all the members. Devotha serves as the representative for the group photo.
