Zuura's loan finished fundraising,
but these similar borrowers just need a little more help to reach their goals!

A loan helped to buy cattle to increase income from breeding.

Zuura's story

This beautiful woman is Zuura. She is 38 years old, married and has six children. She has a secondary education. As the main income for her family, she has been engaged in animal husbandry and crop farming since 2010.

Thanks to the hard work of Zuura and the help of her husband with the farm, today her farm has ten cows, 16 sheep, and two horses. To develop her farm, she asks for support from the KIVA Fund in the amount of 150,000 soms (KGS) for the purchase of livestock.

The funds will be used to increase income from breeding livestock and the sale of organic meat. The income from the loan will help her to expand the farm by increasing the number of thoroughbred cows and to renovate an apartment building.
