Anita's loan finished fundraising,
but these similar borrowers just need a little more help to reach their goals!

A loan helped to buy thread colors, cotton, and sewing needles.

Anita's story

Anita lives in Atsabe. She is creative in making East Timor traditional woven cloth called tais. After she finishes making the cloths she will bring them to sell in the market. She enjoys her activities. She said living in a town makes it very competitive to earn money unless you have an activity that is profitable enough to survive. When looking for ways to earn money, Anita came up with an idea to open a local service for all people. She has been running her weaving shop for many years now with her own working capital. She has previously borrowed and repaid all of her loan on time and now is applying for a loan of $1000 from KIF, SA because she wants to buy more materials like colored thread, cotton, and sewing needles.
