Emmy's story

Happy Mother's Day!

Emmy is a single mother who is 44 years old and has one school-going child. She lives in Nandi Hills, a region whose beautiful hills form vivid patterns. This place has been the training ground for some of the world’s most prominent athletes like Kipchoge, the INEOS marathon champion. Emmy practices mixed dairy and crop farming to support her family.

Lately, the quality of Emmy’s crops has dwindled due to poor farm inputs. This issue has brought about low demand for her crops and has negatively impacted her sales.

Emmy is seeking a helping hand to purchase farming inputs such as certified seeds and nutrient-rich fertiliser to boost the quality of her produce. With these inputs, Emmy is assured of a bumper harvest that will open new markets for her crops and increase her profits. Increased profits will, in turn, elevate her family's standard of living.

She is very thankful for your warm support through lending, especially during this tough economic recession.
