Tosheka Group's loan finished fundraising,
but these similar borrowers just need a little more help to reach their goals!

A loan helped to buy two loads of second-hand clothing.

Tosheka Group's story

Aleine is a client of the micro-finance institution Hekima and the president of the village group "Tosheka." She is married, 38 years old, and a mother of six children, who are all in school. Her partner is unemployed.

Aleine sells second-hand clothing. She started this business 12 years ago with start-up funds from her husband. Later, she joined Hekima to support her business, which is developing progressively. With this new loan, she is going to buy two loads of second-hand clothing, which will increase her initial capital. Her main business challenge relates to the rate of the dollar.

Aleine would like to see her children continue to go to school and to feed her family. Finally, she wishes to thank Hekima and their partners for their support to business owners who lack access to financial services, during this global COVID-19 crisis.
