Masduah's loan finished fundraising,
but these similar borrowers just need a little more help to reach their goals!

A loan helped to buy a smartphone for her child's online educational needs during Covid-19.

Masduah's story

Good day lenders! Meet one of KBMI’s clients, Masduah.

She is sixty-one years old and married with two sons. Masduah runs a food stall.

One of her children is still in school. The Covid-19 pandemic has caused a transition to school from home through an online system. This made it difficult for their child to access the course materials and to send assignments to the teacher.

She has applied for a loan of 2,200,000 Indonesian rupiahs (IDR) from KBMI to buy a smartphone for her child’s educational needs. Her income is not sufficient to buy a smartphone outright, but she will be able to repay the loan received from the profits generated from her business.

She is very grateful for the opportunity and wants to thank all the lenders.
