L'oreal Group's loan finished fundraising,
but these similar borrowers just need a little more help to reach their goals!

A loan helped to stock up on beans, maize, mustard, etc., which will reinforce her initial capital.

L'oreal Group's story

Madam Jeannette is a client of Hekima and the leader of the L'oreal Group. She is 49 years old and married. Of her eight children, three attend school, three cannot due to the family's lack of financial means, and two are already adults. Her husband is currently unemployed.

Madam Jeannette is a vendor, selling a variety of cooking ingredients. She began her business in 1995 with the financial support of her husband. Later on she partnered with Hekima in order to support her business, which has grown progressively.

With this new loan, Madam Jeannette plans to stock up on merchandise, including beans, maize, and mustard. This will allow her to reinforce her initial capital. Her business does not face any current difficulties.

Madam Jeannette's dream is to feed her family and one day save enough to do some construction work on their house.

Lastly, Madam Jeanette would like to thank Hekima and its partners for the financial support they bring to non-bankable small business owners, particularly in the context of the global Covid-19 crisis.

In order to maintain social distancing measures, only the group leader is photographed at this time.
