Ikirezi Tcb Group's loan finished fundraising,
but these similar borrowers just need a little more help to reach their goals!

A loan helped to buy more women’s and children’s clothes to sell.

Ikirezi Tcb Group's story

Violette is a 38-year-old mother of six children between the ages of 2 and 17. Her husband is a civil servant. For the past 13 years, she has been selling clothes.

Violette is the leader of the group named Ikirezi TCB, which means “beautiful” in English. The group members sell different items and own a variety of businesses.

Violette will use her portion of the loan to buy more women’s and children’s clothes to sell in her community so that she can meet the demands of her customers. With the profit she earns from her sales, she will be able to provide for her family.

Violette is grateful for the support of the lenders.

Due to the global pandemic, Urwego was not able to photograph all of the group members. However, the photo shows one member who is representing the group.
