Bunyunvikane Group's loan finished fundraising,
but these similar borrowers just need a little more help to reach their goals!

A loan helped to stock up on 10 bundles of second-hand clothing, which will add to her start-up capital.

Bunyunvikane Group's story

Mme Consilie is a client of Hekima IMF and presides over the group villageois "Bunyunvikane". She is married, 60 years old, and mother of 12 children, all of whom go to school. Her husband is a civil servant.

She is a seller of second-hand clothing. She began this business 12 years ago with start-up funds from her husband. Later, she joined the Hekima program to support her business. Over the course of her involvement, her business has grown steadily. With this new loan, she will stock up on 10 bundles of second-hand clothing which will add to her start-up capital. The challenge of her business is linked to rising tax rates.

She would like for her children to continue their studies, and she would like to develop her business. Lastly, she would like to thank Hekima and its partners for the support they have brought to the owners of non-bankable businesses during this context of global crisis tied to Covid-19. The photo is of only the leader of the group due to Covid-19 and a respect for social distancing measures.
